Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at TSM. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Keeping the convenience of customers and the TSM family, we are glad to inform you that a customer can return a product if damaged or can go for an exchange in case of size related issues. Rules of 7-day return/exchange
1) We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. The product’s tag must be intact. You can try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
2) Please note, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please also note that we only offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately.
3) In case of return or exchange, the process must be initiated within seven days of receiving the product.
4) To initiate the process of return/refund drop a mail at email@example.com mentioning the issue. (Damaged product/ Size related issue.)
5) The amount of the returned product will be credited to the customers wallet. This credit can be used to buy any other product or exchange the product from TSM.
6) The refund amount will reflect in your TSM store wallet in 5-7 business days.
7) Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges incurred by you.
8) In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly.
